Refund policy
Under both EU consumer law and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013)-applicable for Northern Ireland-you are entitled to cancel and return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
Conditions for Returns:

Product(s) must be returned to westcoastcrafts unused and in its original packaging.

Products damaged, after delivery by westcoastcrafts, due to improper storage or handling by the receiver, cannot be returned unless the product(s) is faulty or the wrong product(s) was dispatched.
How to return an item:

Email us at studio@westcoastcrafts.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please provide your order number and a short note indicating you wish to cancel and return your westcoastcrafts product(s).

In your note, please indicate if you want a replacement product or a refund.

We will provide return instructions, including our return address, upon receipt of your email.

Product(s) must be returned within 14 days of notifying us, of your intention to return the product(s).
Return Shipping Costs:

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the product originally sent by westcoastcrafts is faulty, damaged upon receipt by you or we delivered the wrong product to you.

We recommend using a tracked service to return a product(s) to westcoastcrafts; unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost return product(s).
Refunds Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will:

Notify you by email if a refund for your order is approved.

Once approved, westcoastcrafts will issue a full refund (excluding standard shipping costs from your original order, unless the product was faulty / wrong product / damaged-see below) within 14 days.

Refunds will be processed using your original method of payment.
Non-Refundable Items:

Custom or made-to-order candle(s) order

Products returned to us damaged due to misuse or mishandling

Unsold products that were purchased via wholesale agreement

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for their monetary value

Promotional products are final sale and cannot be refunded
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
If your westcoastcrafts product is faulty, arrives to you damaged or you receive the wrong product:

Contact us within 48 hours of receipt at studio@westcoastcrafts.com

Include photos of the item and packaging, along with your order number.

We will offer a replacement product or full refund, including standard shipping costs, along with our sincere apologies!
