1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and the purchase of products from westcoastcrafts, a sole trader based in Ireland. By placing an order through our social media platforms or any direct communication, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

3. Products

We sell hand-crafted candles, made in Ireland. All of our products are described as accurately as possible. Minor variations in colour, weight, scent, or design may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.


4. Orders & Payment

Orders are accepted via our social media platforms [e.g., Instagram, westcoastcrafts.com website).

Full payment must be made before our products are sent to you. We accept payments via credit/debit card and PayPal.


5. Pricing

All prices are in Euro (€).

Shipping costs will be communicated and agreed before purchase and are added to the product(s) price, so the total price is inclusive of shipping / delivery.

Free Republic of Ireland shipping on orders € 75 + (single order only) 

Threshold subject to change.


6. Delivery

We deliver to:

  • Republic of Ireland

  • Northern Ireland

  • Other EU countries



Estimated delivery time will be communicated to you for each order.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services. 

Customs or import duties (outside the EU) are the buyer’s responsibility.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, photos, product descriptions, and branding are the property of westcoastcrafts and may not be copied or used without permission.


8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. Always follow the candle safety instructions included in your product order before use and as detailed in our Safety and Handling section in all of our social media platforms.


9. Privacy Policy

We collect and store only necessary personal information (name, address, contact details) to process and deliver your order. Your data will never be shared with third parties except for delivery purposes. Please refer to our detailed Privacy Policy section for all of our social media platforms. 


10. Gift Cards

Our gift cards can be redeemed online at westcoastcrafts.com only and may be used towards the purchase of any of our products or accessories.

Gift cards cannot be redeemed through our stockists and cannot be exchanged for a refund or their monetary value.

Gift cards are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase.

Gift cards are non-refundable. 


11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland and subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts. If purchasing from Northern Ireland or other EU countries, your local consumer rights are unaffected.
